“Enough is enough”!!! Presentation by Mark Crossley
This presentation will provide an intriguing look into the application of the Pareto principle to our own quality disciplines. The topic “Enough is Enough” is about quality tools. Just like spices in your kitchen….how many do we really need? Do we perhaps have too many quality tools promoted, endorsed or mandated? Do we have too many ASQ certifications? If all this is subject to the Pareto Principle…. As we are led to believe, and often teach others to believe, then do we really need them all? Why do we have soooo many to chose from? Are they all necessary? Our speaker, with extensive experience in the quality disciplines, will examine this controversial subject.
