Introduction to Statistical Quality Control and Process Capability (ISQCW) - Introduction to the use of Control Charts for process control and Process Capability Analysis. Topics covered include control chart terminology, statistical thinking, the nature of variation, types of control charts, planning and construction of control charts, analyzing control charts, why control charts work, understanding control chart risks, the process capability study, process capability indices and their confidence intervals.
