Lean Manufacturing Concepts (LMCW) - Introduction to Lean Manufacturing techniques to remove waste (i.e. non-value added activities) from all company activities. Topics covered include Lean Thinking, Theory of Constraints, 5S (visual factory), Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Events, cycle time reduction, Poka-Yoke, and hands-on activities.
