Leadership development has been the hot topic in every business and organization for quite some time. The questions we ask others and even ask ourselves sometimes are along the lines of "What qualities make a great leader?" "How do some leaders make headlines and others just sit on the sidelines and still succeed?" "How can I showcase my leadership skills and abilities in order to drive my business/organization forward?"Sandee Nielander from EE Consulting and Coaching Services will join us for an action packed delivery on how we can identify these leadership skills within ourselves and how to develop them. Join us so you can drive your business to a greater level using your leadership skills.
About the Presenter:
Sandee Nielander
is President and CEO of EE Enterprises LLC dba
EE Consulting & Coaching Services.
Sandee has 32+
years experience in the consumer goods
industry. She attended Indiana University
Southeast with a major focus on Business and a
minor in Computer Science. Her career started
in corporate working for a Fortune 500 global
company in the areas of National Accounts,
e-Commerce, Supply Chain and Logistics
Management, Customer Service, Credit, and
Sales & Operations Planning. She was
key to the success of a major merger and
acquisition for her former employer and managed
several large profile projects to include a 1.6
million dollar project in CRM/e-commerce during her
tenure. She retired after 32 years in the
industry to start her own
business.
For the
previous 5 years, Sandee has helped people
reach their full potential in companies like
Gillette, Ivey Mechanical, Home Builders
Association of Louisville, PNC Bank, and
Executive Communications. She worked for
Octanewave Software in Toronto, Canada for 6
months prior to starting her own business in HR
Development, Customer Relationship Management,
and Supply Chain/Logistics Management. Her
clients locally include Carolina On-Site Fleet
Management and Wake Forest Baptist
Medical Center.
She is married and has 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren. She enjoys running, reading, and helping others. She moved from Louisville, KY to Clemmons, NC in 2004.
