FEBRUARY SECTION MEETING

Program: Student competition featuring poster and presentations by NC A&T students.

Cost: no charge.

Program Details:
Posters: Professor Gillespie-Johnson will have ten students prepare and present individual posters on a quality-related theme.

Presentations: Professor Kornegay will have teams of students conduct a presentation about their efforts to implement Lean Ideas in Manufacturing Systems.

Rating and Results: Members of the regular ASQ Section 1109 will rate the posters and presenations using pre-defined criteria. The section will present a total of $1000 in scholarships for the best judged poster(s) and/or presentation(s): first prize $600, second prize $300, and third prize $100.
