Presenter: Joe Knight-McKenna
Joe Knight-McKenna is Senior Director, Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Drug Safety Alliance (DSA), a leading provider of Pharmacovigilance services. He is responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance throughout the company along with maintaining DSA’s Quality Management System and auditing programs. Joe is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality and is a Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) along with being a CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA and a Certified Biomedical Auditor (CBA). Joe is also Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC) for the U.S, E.U. and Canada and is Certified by the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI). Joe previously held positions at Phase Forward, Inc. and Astra Pharmaceuticals and worked in hospitals as a Registered Nurse for over 15 years before moving into industry.
